Re-Enrolment Procedure 2018-2019


Below you will find an all-new Re-Enrolment and Society Membership form for 2018-2019. 

Please read the instructions carefully and COMPLETE BOTH STEPS to re-enroll current students. If you wish to ADD A STUDENT, please enter their name and the grade they are going into next year under "Application for New Students" on the form.  

All forms, deposits and fees must be submitted by December 15, 2017. Student placements cannot be processed without properly completed forms and paid fees.

Step #2

Please choose from the following payment options. 

Pay online with Direct Debit, Visa or Mastercard. 

                          PAY ONLINE

Ensure that your billing address is the same as your address listed for your credit card to avoid error message.

If you are not able to pay with these options please contact the Business Office. 


Step #3 (Application for new student only) 

If you are adding an additional student please fill in the appropriate forms below and submit them to Teena in Admissions. Drop off at front office or send via email before Jan 12, 2018.
