Looking for Money?

Every year, thousands of dollars in scholarship money is not given out because no one applied for.

Christmas holidays are a great time to spend a few hours looking for scholarship opportunities and submitting applications.  Check out these sources:

  1. If you’ve started applying to universities, you should already be able to access applications for the financial awards they offer (even if you haven’t been accepted yet).

  2. Keep your ears open for scholarships offered through your connections in the community- your parent’s employers, banks, community associations, churches, athletic clubs, etc.

  3. Check out the links under the Finance tab on the Career Page for scholarship search engines, student loan information, and links to additional scholarships.

Remember - you should never have to pay to search or apply for scholarships.

Not in grade 12 yet?  Now is a great time to identify scholarships you want to apply for in the future. Starting your search now will alert you to experiences and credentials you want to add to your resume before you need to apply.

Thinking of attending Ambrose University?  If you’d like to be nominated for a Christian School Scholarship worth up to $3000 per year, follow these instructions to submit your request before January 15.
