Trained at SAIT, Chef Chris served his apprenticeship at Rouge Restaurant. In 2004, he was invited to take the kitchen at Piq Niq (and Beat Niq Jazz Club) where he had a successful 5 year run. Since then, he has been enjoying being a “full time parent” for his boys who both attend CCS.

Week 1

Monday:  Chicken or Cheese Quesadilla w/ Tater Tots

Tuesday:  Falafel Bowl - Baked Chick Pea Falafel with Greens & Pita and Your Choice of Toppings

Wednesday:  Baked Mac & Cheese - The favourite is back

Thursday:  Italian Sausage on a Bun w/ Potato Wedges

Week 2

Monday:  Breakfast for Lunch - French Toast w/ Bacon & Hash Browns

Tuesday:  Burrito Bowls - Your choice of Braised Beef or Quinoa & Avocado on crispy romaine with your choice of toppings

Wednesday:  Pasta & Meatsauce

Thursday:   Butter Chicken w/ Rice & Naan Bread
