Re-Enrolment Procedure 2018-2019


Below you will find an all-new Re-Enrolment and Society Membership forms for 2018-2019. 

Please read the instructions carefully and COMPLETE BOTH STEPS to re-enroll current students. If you wish to ADD A STUDENT, please enter their name and the grade they are going into next year under "Application for New Students" on the form and complete Step #3.  

All forms, deposits and fees must be submitted by January 8 , 2018. Student placements cannot be processed without properly completed forms and paid fees.

If you are not familiar with the terms of the Partnership Agreement referenced in the CSCE membership application, you can read it here.

Step #1 

Fill in the below form. There is an option to have your responses emailed to you, if you would like. Be sure to click on the submit button at the end.

Step #2

Pay $300 deposit (this will be put towards your 2018-19 fees) and CSCE Membership ($40 each). Please follow link below for payment options. Re-enrolment is not complete until payment is received.


If you are not able to pay with this link, please contact the Business Office.  


Step #3 (Application for new student only) 

If you are adding an additional student please fill in the appropriate forms below and submit them to Teena in Admissions. Drop off at front office or send via email before Jan 12, 2018.
