Mrs. Liana Parschauer
Kindergarten
Hi my name is Liana Parschauer and I am so excited to be joining the Kindergarten teaching team this year.
After graduating, I spent the first couple years teaching Grade One in Southern Alberta and once we moved to Calgary I found my place at CCS in 2019 and continued to teach Grade One with that fantastic team until I took my maternity leave in the Spring of 2021. Being a Kindergarten teacher has been a lifelong dream and so I am extremely grateful for this opportunity.
In March 2021, my husband Evan and I welcomed a beautiful little girl into our lives and since then nothing has been the same. We have spent the past year learning a lot of new things and enjoying every second of our time together.
My favourite part of being a teacher is being able to get to know each student and who they are individually. The next best thing is seeing them figure out pieces of who they are and light up when they learn something new. I believe with every fibre of my being that God has picked us specifically to journey through this year together. My prayer is that we will be open to God and what He is going to do in and through us each and every day.
